post a PUS URL screenshot like this one :
open PUS then right click and choose properties

if you are using windows XP then install "complex script and right-to-left language files"
require windows XP CD, the follow link may help you :

try this tool in attachments, it must show the web page of titanko if your connection is fine

temporarily turn off firewall & antivirus while you test

yea,still,there's one thing like david said somewhere on some post,don't use wtfast when you're going to open PUS,or NPC event at moradon,else,it won't work
