Tell us is there any error you get while trying to open the pus? or the page keeps on loading forever? |

I'm not sure what may cause this exactly but.. Open Internet Options > Go to Security tab > Click on Trusted Sites > then untick "Enabled Protected Mode (requires restarting Internet Explorer)" and restart. Overall, if that doesn't work for you then try to reset your IE settings to default ( if you dunno how to reset it, let me know ). Thank you and if the issue persist let us know. |

We already discussed and there isn't much we can do for you so I'll close this. 1) Updated your IE & reset the settings. 2) Tried disabling firewall, etc. 3) Ran a Malware scanner in-case your PC was infected with Malwares or so but the results turned out fine. So, we don't know what else we can do for you since none of this helped so I assume you either need to check your network if its blocking something or format your PC. Thank you for understanding.
