Hello my character Scirocco_ un banned but not login pls help.

Have this error:Your account is curenttly blocked.Please contact customer support.

Banned Char:Scirroco_
Banned Date:06/04/2011(Changed Char ban time:I forget)
Last login date:06/04/2011(Changed Last login time:I forget)
E-mail adress:veysel121@hotmail.com (Added a new)
Reason for ban:Snub
