TitanKO Patch 1679

Some of the changes:

We fixed the client side stats for DSword, TSpear, Hanguk, Shadowfire, Eagles Eye, Hell Breaker.

Added Hellblood and Elysium to Ultima and Isiloon

New prices in Game. FT now costs 3m !

Restat and Reskill costs 40m. For people with less than 10k NP it stays free!

Prices for scrolls on Sundries have been increased.

BUS and BES upgrade scrolls prices are back to normal

Added a higher drop rate for BUS and BES to all Werewolfs, Lycans etc...

new guards on Moradon entrance - can stop lured mobs

About the increased prices:
We noticed that there was to much coins in the market.
Its important to "burn" at least a little bit of money to avoid inflation.

Shouldnt be a problem for you guys to pay 3m for FT and to pay more for the scrolls.
For people that cant afford upgrading...BUS can be farmed from any Werewolf, Lycan etc..
