Hi again. Thanks for the security code, the account logs in now. Problem is all my gear from all 3 characters is gone. I had baha armor on all 3 from head to toe, ShootInYurFace Archer had baha set DEX, Tier bow +10, ROL +5 x2, Iron set +5, dual EME +5. Wormpuncher Warrior had baha set STR, Darkness spear+10, Iron set + 5, Minotaur+5 x 2, ROC +5 x2. NurseButthead Priest had baha set HP, ROL+5 x2, EP+5, Iron set +5, Lillime Enticement+5 x2, AOC +9 shield(think thats right) and dont remember weapon. the account ID again is : aoe2junkie I was a donator at the time and will likely become again, thanks again in advance, Brian O I couldn't find any copy of payments, but it has been at least 9 months ago and I usually delete old emails, TY |

Its good to see that the customer service on MaxKO still sucks. Some people get busy in real life, and can't play games all the time. Thing is, if you guys hadn't messed with the account in the 1st place, I wouldn't have to ask for any help with it. Bottom line, its not my fault my account lost the shit on it. Its yours, due to whatever crap you were trying to do to the server. Replace my stuff, or I'm gone, not that you care, obviously. If you'd rather stay overrun with hackers, which create more lag, its your choice. |

You said it is old account, when did you played last time, before you realized you dont have your equipment? |
