Nah, it's not about the range, was watching him earlier today too. And noticed the same as you can see it in the video too, if you look closely you can see that most of the times he deals 3x dmgs with 1 staff, like 900+200+900, also ppl were getting 2x fire animation from him everytime while i was watching him earlier today, so seems to be legit reason to ban him.
