Post subject:  NPC Cyra dont refresh boxes
Hi,

I have some issue with cyra npc at moradon. I have played since day 1 of that event, and everyday i choose a different box.
The problem is, if i choose a box from the day before, it shows the item that i've won in the day before and dont give me the item... so i play again and he lets me choose another box, until i get a item that i didnt had before from npc.

So far so good... now im left with no other box to choose from and i cant play it again because all boxes were choosen before.

Is this normal? or the boxes should refresh the items everyday?

Hello 4lex,

If you have a second account,can you please log in next time and try to play Lightborn with that account then post here if the boxes are the same or has been refreshed.

I have to know if is a max client/server or software issue.

That response make me understand is your client fault and not a server one.
Basically that might happen when someone replace the original files with some modified ones such as tweaks or edited files.

Please remove your client and reinstall with a new one in order to fix your problem.

Also give us an answer if that solve your issue.

its the same, unistalled the game, removed all folders, installed the game and still same boxes :(

Just let me add the fix so everybody who have the same issue to know how to repair it.

1.Uninstall the game
2.Delete the game folder
3.Download free version of CC Cleaner (google it)
4.Run the CC CLeaner to clean your registry errors
5.Install the game again
6.Have fun.
