been a while, just tried to log back into KO and had the dreaded.. forgotten password.

so, I went to change it, and almost forgot my secret code, my suggestion therefore is:

I think Maxko need to do this

''What is your mother's maiden name?''

''What is your favourite football team?''


right now it just asks:
what is your security code?

I think maxko staff would have a lot less legitimate people who forgot their security codes when they have questions like ie. what is your mothers maiden name.. if they don't know this then they are obviously NOT the owner of the account, or its case of hack etc etc.

obviously, staff would need to make all users who log into their account to reset their secret code and make it a forced thing, if they dont change it then it will lock the account etc until they put a new code in for mothers maiden name etc.
