Hello let me try to help you with easy steps 1 : download internet explore 11 and install it 2 : restart your pc 3 : download the file i will upload to you 4 : put the file in Folder item and Run it i wish my steps will solved your problems , If you don't solve this problem, don't hesitate to tell us again.
