cheater reports: rename it to "character reports" then put 2 subsections there, 1) cheater reports 2) mute reports

ppl are so sensitive these days, hard to siff through all the "omg he said im ugly" kind of topics

market section: put 2 subsections there: 1) character market 2) item market

its hard to siff through this one as well, so many ppl selling chars im having hard time to keep track of "item selling" topics


not a big of a suggestion, but would keep things more neatly for viewing

What about mute appeal subsection too?

+1 for this one aswell, appeal section would be more neatly organized too, at least by "lvl of importance"

ban appeal could be then handled by GMs and mute appeal could be handled by FMs

if nothing, staff would have it easier when handling appeals
