its your connections , sometime i got same problem with you , but i keep trying to login , could you restart your internet then try login back , i hope its will be work ;D

If any further problems continue let us know, for now follow what serenia said if that doesn't work try repatching the latest patch and if not then try resetting your computer. Happens to me from time to time.

Lol did you take that picture with your phone?

You know you can take a screen shot by hitting the "Prnt Scrn" button, then go to paint and paste it there, and save it.

To me it looks like a phone pic, maybe its a SS just thought I'd help lol.

its just lag. you can spam it and you should be able to log in
