someone can help with my patch? i was installs, uninstalls and installs also download with normal patch still same like this http://imgur.com/10bDFgs ..

Already download all manual patch.. and back to patch 1627 http://imgur.com/1ct6xna ..

Find the server.ini file in the titan folder and change version to this

[Version]
Files=1627

and run titan as administrator
