if you already need to spend nps to NT the people always goes the nation stronger, if free so it'll be impossible to have a balanced server ...

In my opinion the NT should cost about 200k nps ... yeah 200k, its so easy make nps in this server... just check monthly np

or if the GM's want to control the balance of the server must end the NT via the website.

Well yeah, it's hard to balance when it's free,
but they could make it like,
when the want to nt, they need to make
a request at any gm, or something like that,
so gm's can easily controle balance

as i saw in former servers evry month gms nt people if theres like 200 orc 50 human so 75 orc nted to human no lose of np or anything on them and next time some1 want to nt If theres like 150 orc and 100 humans if he wanted to nt from humans to orc he cant until number is balanced
