My friend just ignore that kind of message and leave it don't be too sensitive but we are not tolerating it either that kind of attitude. sooner or later he will get some punishments.

TBH, I used to get many PM's for insulting but I will just ignore it and acted like I don't read it. Sorry if you don't like my reply but still its my own opinion but as staff we will try to make some punishments.
