ive just installed the new patches to get a message sayin my account has no chars my char was archer last time i logged it with full hero dex set and cbow not very fussed about the items but would like more info on why my char is gone and if its gone for good

The provided Account ID:iconato doesn't exist on Titan server.
About your last time logged in it probably was on MaxKO before the expansion, therefore you don't have any character in the Titan server.

Titan server it's a new server and all the actual players has started with 0 items and no characters whatsoever.It is based indeed on the old MaxKO client with some more updates.

Regarding your old character and items you had there, everything should be fine and safe to the MaxKO Expansion version but unfortunately that version is not yet stable and running due some fixes and upgrades but will be up ASAP.
