gm's already said ctrl minor wont get back (its kinda bug in game...)

ctr minor back? splendid idea, while we're at it we could remove cooldowns and casting animations on priest heals .... :?

I Gathered all the worthy suggestions and put them in the staff section to discuss what we can do and what not. And what would be really useful to enhance the gameplay
