Hi
I need some help pls
I lost 2000 souls and 80 Ftcs trying trade 2 csw belts and i dont received the itens.

Id:bwiin11
Char: Marley - (Nick Changed to "Mei30'')
Class: Priest

Please fill up the form that FM Variaz wrote and make sure of the date when you tried changing it because I did not found from the logs.

tested ingame npc gived me fine csw belt, gm will check your logs

Your 2x csw belt in your warehouse already.
So that mean you didn't lose anything.
Am i missing anything ?

No. It means that I already had 2 belts.
This happened days before Maxpoints be deployed.

You got these belts from npc and you put them to warehouse.
I didn't see any missed items or souls in logs.
