First my appreciation to you for your subject nd sad to hear that, but i have a notice you need to know it, "there is no one is following you under any conditions, if someone had reported on you many times, so as our job we would investigate him, this wasn't like a following person, it was just like monitoring" how is you playing ingame!! with Fair/clean way or not...this is what we must do as a function ingame..don't take the way of our job within the game as a description chase or following... i hope you understand my view of point... When a person is wrong, he should bear his mistake and learn from it so as not to do once again and you had done the mistake twice.....
