People why are you say something if you dont know anything about it , have you ever played on USKO ? This scroll gives + 10 to : str, dex, int, health, magic power. and this scroll was better than others similar scrolls such as + 15 str or + 15 MP. Only BP dont use this scroll  because they have their own + 30 str
