There's always a lot of people who come to forum and spam when something major going on; good example now is the whole Hero epidemic, or server down/restart. Maybe a scrolling announcement just above the shout box, which you can change when there's maintenance, or problems so people would come to chatbox to q.q as they do, and hopefully see this. |
