make some kind of script with the people online for example:

if there 200 orcs online and 50 humans you cant create an orc untill its balancend and the other way around also ofc

The server changes population so much, this type of script would only create a drag on the server. We will monitor both sides from GM point of view, and take further actions if neccesary. Thanks for the Suggestion.
