Im not sure if Ko implemented this but it would be kinda useful for some lazy people like myself :D. It would be nice just to follow your friend and go afk for a few secs instead of just towning

select your friend and double-click on him, and your char will follow him.

if u get stuck on something, your char will stop. also if your friend stops and moves again, your char will not follow again unless you double-click him again

im not sure if this is what u had in mind

was alittle more tricky one when u target the one to follow, but first z-r mob then fast back to the one u wanna follow and u didnt get the stops untill lost visual of him. donno if works at Maxko,
