163 will be the new stats after next server restart
Website is already showing the new Database entry.
But to make them active in game it requires a server restart.

Good afternoon, I have a question, which of these two images has the actual attack points of the modified Tier staff, confused a bit see an attack power on the page and another within the game, thank the information.
