Hello, I need your help. I wanna this picture: http://i.imgur.com/ZzBrtAV.png to be 420x180 pixels, but when I edit , I lose quality. (Like this one that I already have ). So, if you could that for me, I would really appreciated. Thank you in advance.

It's kinda fat. Could you make it less 'fat' or 'wide' ... but still keep 420x180.

Oh no. Lets go like this: I wanna Byzantian flag in 420x180. /normal black eagle, no wide, no strech/ // like red one that I already have on my signature // Do you see my point?!
