so after new patch i login and get to select character
it goes to loading data
then the game closes
im not sure what is problem
and i am not banned so thats not the issue

1. For start check if the game folder is in the antivirus exclusion if is not put him, this is a video that show how do this with windows defender all the antivirus have this option just explore if u have other https://youtu.be/ElOnJ3ZTvvE

2. Now uninstall and install again the game, is better that just copy & paste the file that appear in the video coz some times the windows defender dont want put back the quarantined files a new install is better
