Hi! I need help with my other account. When I made this, I did not receive any e-mail verification at all. I forgot about that account. Until I registered for another account, where I used the same user name which is zyle3599. The website told me that verification was not done yet. So I scanned all my email addresses because I forgot the e-mail address I registered it with. I did not find it in any of my email addresses. I really want to recover that account. Hello dear , You should give to our staff more information for example if you dont remmber pw and email and security key as you say You can explain more details like , how long premium you have : When was last time you logged : How many side chacter u have : What is all of chacter name : Thank you . |

You must read the text again to complete your form in order to help you I understand the form. The thing is, I created the account. I did not get verification email. That means I cannot log in. If I cant log in, then I can't create character, so 0 characters, no names. NO premium. I dont remember the email address anymore. If only I will remember the email addres first, then that would be great especially when you send me new verification email so that I can log in to the game. I hope you understand my distress.
