Hello, It must be disheartening to have bought an item by accident, but for situations like this, we cannot give you back your national points. We only return items or refund purchases when it is caused by server or system issues. You don't really have to worry so much about it because you can always sell it, use it, or trade it. This has happened before with other players, but we realized there are more and more players wanting us to return their NPs when it is not the server's fault they bought the items by accident. It would have been better if you asked someone what that NPC was for. Sincerely, MaxKO Team |
