i have two problems : two of my characters are hidden while entering the game

the names of the characters : Hero_Nemo the second character is: etgergergreg

The second problem is in achievements i have a bug on an achievement it's name

is : 20 minutes of glory .

yesterday it was 12 of 20 to complete the achievement and i check it today

and find it 1 of 20 please i really need an urgent help because i am an active
player

We will look into both your accounts but for the achievement its 20 Players in Ronark Land in 20 min. So this means if you killed 12 in 15 minutes you have 5 more minutes to kill 8. If you don't reach this it resets back to 0 after 20 minutes. Hope this helps you out and we will figure out whats wrong with your chars and let you know. Its not that easy .

bring be back my brother's acc the user name is : osamapro we really don't

remember the password or the yahoo to bring it back please help me and my

brother as fast as you can

Fixed both characters (etgergergreg & Hero_Nemo), they won't be invisible now.
