/Moved to the right section. Follow these steps below :1=right click on windows button nd go to "device manager" 2=click on display adapter 3=disable amd radeon 4=open your sony vigas program 5=Go to options then >>>preference 6=Go to video Tab then go to "GPU acceleration"on the right side then choose "off" 7=click apply and ok 8=then go back again on "device manager" then Enable "AMD Radeon"again 9=open your sony vigas nd check it out if the problem get fixed nd able to edit there. beside that another solution  watch it out through youtube channel https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bPBYTKBAqY8
