Hello today i make twicw hardsummon first its ok and i got voucher second i got dc and i dont see my np voucher plsss check it ps before dc i just attack fragman and got valk voucher just i click it suddenly i got dc * Account ID:efanderz * Char name:Nickfury * Date/time when u lost them: just 15 minute before i make this post * Explain how you lost them: dc |

Not sure if you claim you've lost 500 NP voucher or valk certificate but.. All I see is you have received 500 NP Voucher and it is in your inventory, along with other items but there is no valkyrie certificate which means you might have got disconnected before looting the drop therefore it's not displayed in the logs. Unfortunately, as much as I would like to help you but I cannot help you unless you provide a screenshot at least with the box open to verify you really dropped it, we can't be giving items to anyone who claims he received a drop, you know what I mean.. I'll leave the topic open incase you have proof otherwise it's really pointless. |

well nevermind if u can give it back to me i hope i can do it again soon for screenshot how do i make it if i got dc thanks before |

Well it's simple to take SS even when you get DC, don't press OK immediately so the game doesn't shut down and follow the steps below. I never thought I would have to use this before but here we go.. Code: SS's making Guide: Print Screen Picture To take a SS, press the Print Screen button on Your keyboard(often named Prt Scr). Then open 'Paint'. In Paint, press Ctrl+V to paste. Now You should see the SS in Paint. Then press File > Save as > Write in a name for the image and save it on Your Desktop. Ksc Picture To take a SS via Ksc Knight program, use ( - ) button on Your right side of the keyboard (keypad).
