Will people be more happy? No!
A new toy? - sure it can make you happy for a few days
but you might overlook the problems and the boredom that it can cause...
You forgot that "old times" had many problems?
Everything was maxed out and we got many problems because of these super high stats.
Sure you had +7k AP with a Hero Wep...but Priests had 20k HP...and Warrior had 23k HP... not to mention the weight bug! And that duals (Dagger) didnt work correct because of the super high weapon defense. 1h Dagger + Shield hit same dmg like 2 daggers...so every Sin was running with Shield.
Remember that we got lots of complaints cause Party fights was never ending...
People had super high AP weapons...but everyone had tons of HP/AC and wep def...so people couldnt make any kills
There was a good benefit in bringing down the stats and reducing stats on OP weapons.
We have much more diversity and choice in weapons now!
IMO its more fun, if we have more choice/options in weapons.
Warriors can wear CSpear, TSword (yellow or green), C Sword, C Axe or duals even Baal or Hellbreaker is a good option.
Sins can use T Daggers (yellow/green for pk black for vses), C Daggers, PFB, CHD, Sherion, DV those are good options!
If we bring OP Hero Weapons...all other weapons will be useless!
KR will be useless, and everyone will run with Hero only.
And if someone dont have a Hero Wep = 0 chance/ noob.
I dont like OP weapons, that you "must have" before you can go pk.
Right now you can even go pk even with a Raptor or Shards
and its easy to farm some Tiers or Darkness Spear Darkness Dagger etc.
IF we decide to bring Hero weapons in 2019...the stats will not be like old.
The stats need to fit our current pk and overall itemisation.
