According to our Game Rules: http://maxko-forum.info/viewtopic.php?f=96&t=32485 Specifically Rules No. 6: We do not support scamming, be very careful with trading. It's Your own responsibility. We will still ban scammers, but We do NOT return the items. In short and to make this simple you two have 2 options either talk to the guy you have given your account + items to return it willingly without any problems or I will ban the scammer without returning your items as what the RULES is. Anyway I will forward this to the team and ask their respective opinions. Be careful on whom you trusted to. |

Let me investigate more deeply about this and let me talk to my colleagues first regarding this case and finally give me a moment to buy some time so we can come out with a good decision. |

Strike 3 to Deziel Strike 2 under the name Dr_meimeth. He got a warimas pair from KingDust (i know cause i helped kingdust lvl up sellect items from pus and makr his first trades. Kingdust now plays as Boooom_KingDust (if u want you can ask him too) Strike 1. Was under the name X0agaze. I think it was an amount of ftcs dont remember the guys name though |

Its the 3rd time he scams items. I told u the cases. I know that cause in the 1rst 2 cases i was assistant in clan and they told me what happened..and asked for help 1rst scamm case was in clan GameWithoutRules(Dont remember they guys names and 2nd time(KingDust) was in TheDoctors clan. Deziel is the third victim. He is making clans Scammin people then nt and change name ##if you tell me the names of clannies in GameWithoutRules i may remember the name of the 1rst scammed kid |

I think flegy should take action on this one. That guy has done it 3 times. Ip ban could be a must and an item return should be possible |
