Due to the some issue some of my items have been deleted in game. All the information below is just correct for my account.

Last log in time: I got access on my account on 17.02.2013 before the day I was banned
Date/time when u lost them: When I logged on my account on 19.02.2013 my items werent on me.
Explain how you lost them: The reason I have been banned is the items I have bought on merchants and I had no idea that they were duped. And when I got back into game I figured the valkry armor is also deleted that I bought with coins.Besides my Hero helmet is also deleted.Furthermore the items Hero sword and Hero pads I used to have before the new patch came out have been deleted with the new patch
