How it happened: Talked to Menissah and the window stayed white for 2 minutes and I didn't get teleported. When I closed the window, the staff was gone. I also killed miner spider straight after it happened, like a GM suggested, so checking logs should be easy Thanks!

You can check achievement board before entering easy/hard zones. If you see white screen on achievement board, you should wait for entering zones until fix.
