why i can't use any Staff like Oasis Staff and Chaotic Staff and Darkness wand i use Stat Point when i'm use any staff get failed this bug from Server ?!

I see there is a missmatch between client and server side. Oasis, Chaotic and Scorching require 126 Magic Power server side. It has not been changed...so I wonder you are the first to report this^^ DWand has been changed to 160 Int/ 126 MP recently - will be in next patch. Here you see the current stats server side:
