ost Items: 7 primas bought 50k NP pop never recieved items * Account ID: zero14221 * Char name: FrankThaTank * Last log in time: 10:30 pm 6/1/2022 * Date/time when u lost them: a week and a half ago * Explain how you lost them: i bought 7 primas for 50k NP each. i forgot my inventory was full. so no items got into my inventory. i checked NPC and no primas were in there. i lost all my NP and got no primas. please refund me 7 primas of 50k NP * 7.. and the problem will be figured out. i'm a good player i've bought NC in past and spend good money playing this game. please help!!! * List of items: 7 primas rings, i need to make this problem correct or 350k NP * Are you sharing your Account with someone? : Yes or No, if Yes, say with who. NO i don't share this account with anyone!! |

Hi, Upon checking log you only lost 100k NP.. May 15 Timestamp: 03:34:36 Character: FrankThaTank Level: 85 Experience: 38179921 NP: 178227/1837 ===================== Timestamp: 03:50:08 Character: FrankThaTank Level: 85 Experience: 38347321 NP: 78237/1837 SO there is no way you were able to get 7 Primas (50k NP per Primas) |
