Hey, I got a few suggestions for MaxKO.

First of all, OMM (=Official Middle Man)
OMM's are people which are trusted and help people with big trades and decrease the amount of scamms going on.

How does it work?
Well, for example, when you do an account for real money tade, it goes like this.
person 1 sells the account, person 2 buys the account.
-Person 1 gives all the details he knows to the OMM.
-The OMM confirms that he got everything.
-Person 2 sends the money to person 1 and takes a screenshot.
-Person 2 sends the screenshot to the OMM,to confirm he payed.
-Person 1 may confirm he got the money.
-OMM gives the account's information to person 2.

I suggest to give the staff an OMM status, and work with vouches.

Second, Xat Chat.
Guys, is it me or does this chat box not work out well.
I send a message and it comes 20 seconds later..
Well, I tought about Xat Chat.
It's a easy forum chatbox (and I think it's free, not sure)
You can talk privatly to people, admins/mods can kick/ban/mut people
JUST A SUGGESTION.

Nice idea about moderators , about char , i think it is ur connection , only when server/forums are lagged so it don't works fine , but in other times it work perfectly.

Regarding the 1st suggestion, that is how i and others dealed before, but what make me attracted to this, about the "Status" OMM maybe it worked out to smoothen a particular deal
