Starting from now,According to killing NPC of another nation is prohibited even if it gives a nps or not but we will forward this issue to flegy for fixing it.However, The players which they are in Picture warned for the First time, but if we saw any one killing NPC of other Nation, we would punish him next time.... NB  Avoidance killing NPC until it was fixed.
