Like I said in shout-box..

Turn off your Antivirus + Firewall
Re-install the game while both(antivirus + firewall) are turned off

You should be able to login normally after that but make sure you add an exception in your antivirus for the whole Titan folder (you can read how to do that in google, depending on what antivirus you have) so it doesn't delete any important files required to run the game.

Let us know if that doesn't solve the issue.

iam sorry for say this forever,_, i reinstal and uninstal titan 7 more and problem same,, i try delete and change and many i do but still same. maybe any wrong in my computer,,i really need u for fixed use teamviewer,, i can tell you my problem

Then Get The Patchs and Extract Them in Folder TitanKO Then Make Sure That Antivirus is off maybe it get turn on after some time

you tryed run as administrator Max.exe?

i turn off my antivirus when instal titan,i not instaled antivirus you know it,,i download patch no 1664 to 1668 and i take it in folder titanKO and i press extract here but problem still same skynet blocked me

yes i try run administrator for max.exe and i use windows 7 flegy
