These are working on rogue 2312312% even if i got full item. But ice arrow never working

Well i dont know what its going on with this skill but when im archer nevers to me too i saw 1-2 archer spamming this to me and works gg i dont rly know is only to me and u maybe

Nah, they have the same rates, ppl just dunno how to use it effectively. Normally neither ice arrows, mage's ices, nor leg cut / scream slow ppl due to the high resistances we have here. It just work well on rogues (which is a bug btw since it shouldn't prevent the lightfeet / speedpot / swift usage if you aren't slowed just having the spell's icon on you but it can't rly be fixed with these old server files) when they don't have lightfeet on and even then it doesn't "slow" them, it just prevents them to use lightfeet until they cure themselves. So all you gotta do is timing the ice arrow fine and you will be able to slow rogues perfectly. PS.: Actually ice arrow is ALOT better than scream / leg cut / mage's ice spells when it comes to slowing rogues. Cuz while the leg cut / scream / ice spells are being on the ppl for quite a while (for like 10 seconds atleast which gives enough time for the lightfeet to reload), ice arrows are only on for like 5 seconds or so and once it falls out of the ppl, they loses their lightfeet and not able to use it again since it's still loading. But archers are often making the mistake that they keep on spamming the ice arrows, overwriting their previous ice arrow's effect allowing the enemy to basicly run with lightfeet continously. |

Both is already on 100% but it use some wierd calculation in client
