+1 but during war itself in hopes that the actual war last a little longer.
the same way usko has a war hero board. It show the killers of warder/keeper on one side and then shows the number of kill on the other side. This could possibly influence a better pk enviornment at war. More people will be wanting to see their names on the board thus wanting to pk some more. (i could be wrong but its just a suggestion)
