summonMonster is 26 kills but Hard zone is 0 that what i had seen on your logs

you got hard monster staff by completing 500 kill on every np zone ( it's a repeatable quest )! The hard summon zone achievement is different . You have to enter on hard summon monster zone then you can complete that achievement !!!
