Try to put all of your enchant scrolls in to inn hostess , use 10 x each ( Armour and weapon enchant scrolls )

If you are a rouge , keep 17 x styx in your inventory . rest you can put in your inn hostess .

Try this suggetion and let us know , if it's fixed .

i think its because of dragon flight set, try to remove helmet

you carry 88x book in your inventory
thats to much weight.

Just remove some of them - should fix it
