Sorry for the late replay, Right now you are on 454/500 to get 1 hard staff . This is not happened cause of your character . achievements counts as per accounts not characters .

Hi, I am trying to get my hard monster staff, however my kills do not count properly. Once I had 320/500 and now I have only 260/500, and unfortunately, it is not the first time I have observed this.
