Banned char: eLmuraT Gm name: Gm_Tyson Ban Reason: Speedhack Unban Reason: One of the gms of the game is making a big mistake. With these new patches, there are lags in the game and this is known by everyone + I nor you have the perfect internet on the planet. Whatever you saw in the game may happen to someone else because of lag. I think, definitely this is because of the lag of the game. Moreover, I formatted my computer 2 days ago, never mind a programme, I do not even have a virus on my pc. Please fix this big mistake as soon as possible, thanks in advance Regards, eLmuraT |

Hello eLmurat. Thanks for ur topic. I replied also yesterday to ur friend. Regardless the internet situation , and the visual bugs around which i am totally aware of. I can still see the difference between a glitch , speedhack and a Visual Bug. Regarding ur situation , I am really wondering how come u have such "lag" only when 4-5 players on u. That used to happen twice , in a very suspicious moment. And It was clearly not a visual bug. Beeing also someone who is not banned for the first time for the same reason , doesnt really make ur appeal "i am not guilty" believable. Nevertheless , I do not wanna bring the past here , since I do not really care what happened. U got banned yesterday for clear speedhack. The ban will stay until 10th of September. YET , since I want to help , I would like u to ask ,and jump over ur shadow , and admit that u have done it . I might be so nice and reduce the ban then. I m gonna leave the topic open , waiting for ur response. |

I don't think you know about this visual bug, glitch or speed hack or smth.You just think that I used speed hack, not anything else. You can't see that there have been lags in the game recently. You just want me to admit the thing that I didn't do. I think you're just satisfying yourself with this. I'm the victim here and I'm being accused of what I haven't done. You can't see things in my point of view at the moment. I would like you to analyze the situation once more, without any prejudice... Here on this server, the GM's can ban anyone to those are suspected using any 3rd party tools in-game without showing the visual proof on here? What kinda a GM policies is this? PS: GM_Tyson, the statement you wrote above, it sound like you "blackmailing" elmurat. |

He will not ban you for beeing a good player... @OsulationHit I think it is good that there is GMs that have pk chars! So they see whats going on at the server. But you cant expect them to have their FRAPS on all the time... I agree with Banana and would really like to see ElMurat's clan back to pk asap. So if Tyson could reduce the ban time by 2-3 days...I would highly appreciate that! And if he catches him again...than ofc it should be a longer ban. |

If this what you have said for that reason, then it will be every GM's has this advantang to throw false accusation to ban anyone they want it too without acknowledging in proper procedures to every players and staff on this forum. And Btw, i not defending elmurat, i never spoke to him before either in-game. I just cant believe a GM on this server really behaving so "ugly" toward players. |

I get your point Osulation but I see it different. If a player is reporting some other player...ofc he will need proof! Cause else any player could get other players banned... But if a GM sees a player cheating. He must have the authority to ban, even without a video proof. Afaik it was like this on any server I played. Compare it with a real life situation. If you throw a stone at a car and a policeman see you doing so. You wont get away with saying "baahh you didnt take a video..." He has the authority to testify it - even with no other proof. |

Yeaaaah, a real life has a way can resurrected a person or glitch and speedhacking by running away from cops. Dont try to differentiate a fantasy game in reality situation. Its really sound stupid as what you said. Based on this case situation, you cant justified by the authority of GM have now, because elmurat said he having "lagg" probally true or not, but for a GM, he has a tool can check their logs and if he is speedhacking and the maxko client detected, GM should already posted the log of detection 3rd party tool on here but instead he asking from the player to "admit it", seriously? What kinda policy is this? Search yourself, if you were in elmurat situation, how do you feel? If there is video on here as a proof, i probally wont bother it at all. PS: This is not my problem either, but as i posted everything on here, only those are really wise can understand this. I'm out. |
