Hi, On two of my characters I did hard monster Summon staffs, but I did not receive the 4knps vouchers.
The first time was yesterday on my Warrior DonCorleone. On him, I was teleported out before my time was up and did not receive the 4k nps voucher.

The second time was yesterday night. It was on my Battle priest LightningStrike. My priest got stuck in the Hard Monster zone overnight however when I finally teleported out, I did not get the 4k nps voucher. Pics below:
Please award me both of the 4k nps vouchers as soon as possible. Thank you for your time and consideration.
