I have noticed several people when they run away they spam the hp scroll(delete use delete use delete use) to gain 2k hp boosts everytime. I did not name any names in the other topic since I couldn't support it with any kind of fraps and screenshots don't show it good.

Anyway gosdeluxe5 suggest an 2 minut delay and I think this is a great idea!

true, specialy again't archers. they keep deleting them and reusing them. we can't make kills like that then :s

I Tought we did this a long time ago. never actually payed attention to it. but i like your suggestion. i'll work on it.
