that guy need and deserve ip perma ban, not 1 week or 1 month, we need start to be hard with punishments or this server is going to die so fast, day a day more ppl quitting cus they can see cheaters dont get a really good punishment and gms allow it being so soft with them, in personal opinion our gms need put their pants and do someting about that kind og ppl, make harder rules against cheater and dont get mad for what im saying but for me the rules allows to much and for that cheaters are ruining this game

maybe u can do something too about ppl luring mobs in moradon like doing the guards more strongs, like 1 hit mob dead or something like that and maybe more guards and guards can go more far than their slots cus if mobs run a lil bit guards dont move and stop hitting
