Player 4FoxDebby is legal and no 3rd party tools. But not same for the reporter PacoIgnacioTaibo. If you stop video on 00:49 you can see too many "Using minor healing" but it doesnt effect cause of PacoIgnacioTaibo's 3rd pt tool.. It causes lag for him. That's why we forbid these type of programs here! When i check PacoIgnacioTaibo's program logs i see programs for fast minor and that's reason for ban. PacoIgnacioTaibo is banned for 7 days !
