after 12 years old fom playing ko i got bann for nothing?

fip i can give u some good answer abut who is the scammer here
all ppl know who i'm and all know that i never scammer
there is all my nickname: Mr_Z/RoBeN/MaxStell/RoGaR
all maxko and flameko player know that i never scammer/npt/hack/etc
but i will tell u how come jimmy itmes be in my acc

at frist me and jimmy from the same city
and from like 5 month or maybe more i sold all my itmes at flameko for acc in maxko and after that jimmy ask me if he can play on my chr cuz he cant vs ppl without csw so i accept that and i give him my id and pass also he give me his acc to
and after 2days i stop play cuz i was have work so jimmy without asking me he sold his mian acc for itmes and chang my chr nick to jimmyisback and he chang my password to
and after 2days i meet him in street and he give me the new password of my acc
and now when i back to play maxko i was want to play and i was need my itmes so i just take itmes from my acc to can pk and i let his itmes in my acc like gift or whatever
and now he say that i'm scammer wtf he is the scammer and now i should give maxko team order to check that and give me my acc back i dont care how ..
note: fip how do u think i got the id and pass? try to think befor bann good player

anyway i hope i got unbann soon cuz my clan will need me soon

there is 3 ways to finsh this problem fip
1- give me my acc back
2- unblock my new acc and let me play with my main itmes
3- bann me

last time i log in my acc (jimmyisback) the acc hostess was have like 4 or 5 hero set and like 4 choas wapons and df and mythril set and the chr have valk set and choas and full gear

The items that he gave you were not actually his, these items belonged to another guy.

I've removed these hero parts and FNs from char (RoGaR)
